IG Islamabad Ali Nasir Rizvi has said that Islamabad will be cleared of miscreants today.
IG Islamabad has sent fresh troops of security forces to D Chowk.
All the personnel of Rawalpindi Division have been summoned to Islamabad. Important officers including IG Punjab, CPO Rawalpindi, DPO Attock have also been summoned.
On the other hand, the Islamabad administration has started closing the markets in the adjacent sectors.

The Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR) says that the funeral prayers of the martyred Rangers have been performed during the demonstration in Islamabad.
