Govt backtracks on what it said at the time of constitutional amendment: Bilawal Bhutto

Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has criticized the federal government and said that the government has gone back on what it said at the time of constitutional amendment.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, speaking informally to journalists at Bilawal House Karachi on Thursday, said that the Muslim League-N is violating the agreement with the People’s Party, it is not getting respect or politics from the federation. The government is going back on its words, there should be full consultation in the legislation.’
He said that ‘politics is for honor, there is no resentment in politics.’
“There is no question of displeasure with the government. I think there can be different ways of consensus. It was decided that the PSDP will be made through consultation. The method the government is adopting on the canals is not right.”
Bilawal Bhutto said that ‘worldwide the government follows the agreements with the partners, will see how the agreement was implemented?’

‘Separated from the Judicial Commission in protest’

However, he said that personal relationships have limited importance in diplomacy.
Regarding the relations between Pakistan and America, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that the relations between the two countries are not good at all, the influence of geopolitics is more.
“Even when he was the foreign minister, relations with the United States were not very good.”
