There has been a murderous attack on tribal leader Mehrullah Muhammad Hosni on the Quetta-Karachi highway in Wadh area of Khuzdar.
According to Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar Yasir Iqbal Dashti, two bodyguards of Mehrullah Muhammad Hosni have been killed in an attack by unknown militants.
Earlier, information was received that Mehrullah Muhammad Hosni was killed in the attack, but the Deputy Commissioner did not confirm his death.
Mehrullah Muhammad Hosni is a close relative of banned BLF chief Dr. Allah Nazar.
But being a government-backed figure, he was on the hit list of banned organizations.

Baba Guru Nanak’s birthday celebrations: Pilgrims from Sindh killed during robbery
A pilgrim who had come from Sindh to participate in Baba Guru Nanak’s birthday celebrations was killed during a robbery in Punjab’s Nankana Sahib district.

The deceased Rajesh Kumar along with his friend Daulat Ram and his family was returning to Nankana Sahib by car from Lahore when five armed men robbed Rajesh Kumar and Daulat Ram of lakhs of rupees in cash and valuables.
As soon as the incident was reported, Provincial Minister for Minority Affairs Sardar Ramesh Singh reached Arora DHQ Hospital. Hindu and Sikh pilgrims protested against the incident at DHQ Hospital.

The Constitution Bench has dismissed the petition to reschedule the 2024 general elections as ineffective.

Sparco Announces Lunar Mission Partnership with China
Pakistan’s Space Research Commission (SPARCO) has announced a major partnership with China for the 2028 Chang’e-8 lunar mission.

A suicide blast near a police van in Charsadda
