Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has said that there will be a targeted operation to end terrorism in Balochistan.
Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti said while talking to media representatives after the meeting of Balochistan Assembly in Quetta on Monday, “We are going to conduct a targeted operation in the province.” There are terrorist camps in the province. This operation will be against terrorists and their hideouts.
He said that in Balochistan, passengers are killed by getting off the vehicles. Punjabis and Baloch are killed. Bomb blasts are happening, political parties opposing the operation in such situations should tell what solution they have to end this terrorism. If they have a solution, we will follow it.
Regarding the 10-year-old student abducted from Quetta, Balochistan Chief Minister said that the abduction of Muswar Khan was very regrettable, all possible efforts are being made to recover him.
On the question regarding the rumors of the change of Chief Minister, Sarfraz Bugti said that he has not heard any such thing. He said that he had become the Chief Minister unopposed and all the members, including the People’s Party, had expressed confidence in him.
He said that he will continue to serve the people of Balochistan as long as there is an opportunity.
It should be remembered that the Apex Committee of the National Action Plan approved the operation against the banned Baloch armed organizations after the recent incidents of terrorism in Balochistan last week, but how will this operation be done? Its details have not been revealed yet.
