Pakistan’s historic victory: ‘Haris Rauf became Waqar Younis as Maxwell came to the crease’

On social networking site X (formerly Twitter), Shakir Abbasi congratulated the Pakistan team and wrote, “We waited for this moment for 22 years, the joy of beating Australia in Australia is something else.”

A user named Hasan wrote, “What a great victory for Pakistan after 22 years.”

Expressing his opinion, Tahseen Ahmed wrote ‘That’s why India is afraid in the Champions Trophy, neighbors can understand your pain.’

Sharing a photo of Babar Azam and Haris Rauf on the account called Alvin in Milan, it was written, ’90, 90 used to score in my captaincy.’

An account named Muhammad Asif wrote, ‘Maulana Rizwan Sahib, thank you for winning after 22 years.’

Commenting on Pakistan’s win, Abrar Safdar wrote, “As soon as Maxwell came to the crease, Haris Rauf became Waqar Younis.”
